Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States and rest of the world from our warehouse in Seattle, WA, where we carefully hand-pack every leather dog collar and leash.

What currency do you charge?

Our default currency is $USD.

What courier do you use?

For U.S. orders, we use USPS and UPS to get our products to you as quick as we can.

For international orders, your parcel will be delivered by the local postal service for each country – e.g. Canada Post for Canada, Australia Post for Australia, and New Zealand Post for New Zealand.

Note (International Orders): Customer is responsible for any duties and import fees levied by your local authorities.

How much is shipping and how long will it take to arrive?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders using USPS. For rush orders, we offer an Express option for $8.95.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and can expect your order to arrive shortly after based on the estimated delivery times below.
